The Shared Win: Aligning Professional Services and Partnerships

One the most common asks I hear from Partner Leaders:

"How did you get the cross functional leadership alignment to drive success?"

What better way to tackle this question, than to get a cross functional leader to talk about how they did it? 🙂

Today features a guest post from a dear friend of mine and previous colleague Amanda Felson.

Amanda is an incredible leader who was the Head of Professional Services at Airtable where I also previously led partnerships.

She’s now the co-founder of a leadership consulting firm, Curious Consulting, where she builds leadership enablement and coaching programs, designed for operators, by operators. I asked her to share her experience and perspective on how our cross functional alignment drove massive success with our services partners (and ended up leading to the Partner Program of the Year - woohoo!).
