All digital products — including templates, playbooks, and frameworks — are delivered instantly after payment. You’ll receive an email with your download link or access credentials (e.g., Airtable or Notion).

💼 Consulting Services Fulfillment
If you’ve booked a 1:1 session, workshop, or custom engagement:

You’ll receive a calendar link or email within 24 hours to schedule time.

For custom services, delivery timelines and scope will be agreed upon in writing via email or by written contract.
🔁 Refund Policy

Digital products are refundable as long as you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content.
